The project consists of stables for breeding sport horses, corral, riding halls, pavilions and investors family house. Residential and commercial buildings are located in the northwestern part of the site, and the rest has a function of pasture. Farm buildings and barns are oriented northwest-southeast in order to achieve the most favorable location in relation to sunlight and prevailing wind direction. Accommodation of the family house is conditioned by the view at the big pasture in the southeast. The house consists of three closed volumes which in shape resambles the shape of farm buildings and are separated by inner courtyards.
